We begin by understanding your business, your audience, and the goals behind your website. This phase defines a clear direction, ensuring every decision is grounded in strategy and aligned with where you’re going.

You’ll be guided through a structured onboarding process where we gather your content, brand assets, and key details. This creates a strong foundation, allowing the design process to move seamlessly and with clarity.

You’ll review your website and provide feedback. We refine and adjust the details, ensuring everything feels aligned, polished, and complete before launch.

Once approved, your website is launched and ready to support your business. You’ll receive guidance on next steps, ensuring you feel confident managing and maintaining your new digital home.

How long does the process take?
What will you need from me before we begin?
The Website Experience is completed over the course of one month. You’ll receive a detailed timeline before the project begins so you know when each phase of the process will take place.
Before your project officially starts, you’ll provide your brand assets, imagery, inspiration, and any required account logins, along with a short onboarding questionnaire. Once everything is submitted, the design and build process begins.
Is website copy included?
If you need it, yes. Copywriting for up to six pages is included if you don't have any and written to align with your brand voice while guiding visitors through a clear and thoughtful user experience.
How far in advance should I book?
Projects are scheduled in advance to ensure each client receives focused time and attention. It’s recommended to inquire at least 3-4 weeks before the timeframe you’d like to launch. This gives you plenty of time to gather assets and answer the questionnaire.
What happens after the site launches?
Once your website is live, you’ll receive two weeks of support for any small adjustments. You’ll also receive a walkthrough so you feel comfortable navigating and updating your site moving forward.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project date. The remaining balance is due one week before the design and strategy phase begins.
